Provider coordination, PBX and handset setup, PoE, voice VLANs, QoS, call flows, E911 test coordination, and cutover documentation.
Coverage and retention planning, isolated camera VLANs, PoE budgets, NVR configuration, secure access, and licensed-installer coordination when required.
Drop planning, rack and patch-panel work, copper termination, labeling, testing, cleanup, and as-built documentation subject to applicable code and permits.
Vexon plans voice, cameras, access points, workstations, printers, payment systems, and guest access as one environment so PoE capacity, switching, security boundaries, and support ownership are clear.
Texas regulates many surveillance-system sales and installations. Vexon performs regulated work only when licensing requirements are satisfied or through a qualified licensed provider.
A clear start and finish
We confirm your task, included time, travel, materials, total and appointment. A request alone does not reserve a time. Payment is due at the end of the booked session or visit unless the written quote says otherwise.
An Ethernet cabling quote covers the specified cable runs, terminations and testing. Provider transitions, account migrations, router changes and unrelated troubleshooting need their own quote and your approval before work starts.
We explain what was completed, what was tested and anything still needed. If a job needs more time, parts, your internet provider or a specialist, you choose the next step before more work is added.
