Pay for the help you need.

Choose a one-time session or visit for a small job. Monthly business support is a separate option, scoped to your devices, users and support needs.

One-time help · No monthly plan needed

A smaller job deserves a smaller bill.

Connect a device, troubleshoot one problem, or get your workspace set up. Choose a starting visit below; we confirm the fit and total before booking.

By phone or remote session

Quick Connect

$25 / session

Up to 20 minutes · One issue, one device

  • Connect to existing Wi-Fi
  • Printer, smart TV or streaming setup
  • Basic computer or device troubleshooting

You stay with the device. A working phone or internet connection is needed.

Request remote help

Get your workspace ready

Network & Workspace Setup

$75 / visit

Up to 60 minutes · Agreed task list

  • Organize existing, accessible network and device cables
  • Set up desk equipment, monitors and peripherals
  • Straightforward desk or workspace furniture assembly

Send the task details first; photos help us confirm the fit. New cable runs, network redesigns, migrations, materials and larger jobs are quoted separately.

Request workspace setup

Custom work by quote: Shelving, racks, furniture assembly and other hands-on projects are considered after photos or a site review. We confirm whether the work is a fit, then agree on the design, scope, materials and price before booking. Custom work is separate from the $75 setup visit.

How the minimum works: It covers the listed time, setup and diagnosis, even when the next step needs a replacement part or another provider. Prices are before applicable tax. We confirm the total before booking; extra time and materials need your approval before additional work. Onsite prices include travel within 10 road miles of downtown Edinburg; farther trips are quoted before booking.

A clear start and finish

Agree on the job. Approve any changes.

1. Get a written scope

We confirm your task, included time, travel, materials, total and appointment. A request alone does not reserve a time. Payment is due at the end of the booked session or visit unless the written quote says otherwise.

2. Keep extra work separate

An Ethernet cabling quote covers the specified cable runs, terminations and testing. Provider transitions, account migrations, router changes and unrelated troubleshooting need their own quote and your approval before work starts.

3. Leave with the result

We explain what was completed, what was tested and anything still needed. If a job needs more time, parts, your internet provider or a specialist, you choose the next step before more work is added.

Ongoing business support

Managed IT plans

Starting monthly prices. Your written agreement specifies included support time, covered devices, software licensing, onsite work and service hours. One-time visits above do not require a managed plan.

Remote-help hours are shared across the covered workstations, reset each month and do not roll over. Scheduled reviews are separate from that allowance. Extra support, onboarding, specialist work and response targets are agreed in writing; these starting plans do not include a staffed 24/7 helpdesk.

Billing FAQ

What counts as a workstation?

A supported desktop or laptop listed in your agreement. Servers, firewalls, other network equipment and additional users require separate scoping.

Are contracts required?

One-time help has no monthly commitment. For managed support, your proposal sets the term, cancellation terms and any setup fees before you sign.

Do you replace our current IT person?

Not automatically. Vexon can assess what is working, fill gaps, or become the primary support path if that is what the business needs.

What if we are switching IT providers?

We assess the existing environment and prepare a proposal around the actual transition, support, security, and documentation needs. New-business introductory pricing does not automatically apply.

What happens after hours?

After-hours availability, qualifying incidents and charges are defined in the signed support agreement. Ask about coverage before relying on an emergency response.

Agree on the support before it starts.

Published plans are starting options. Covered devices and users, support hours, response targets, onsite visits, software charges, project exclusions and after-hours coverage belong in your written proposal. A response target means an initial response, not a guaranteed resolution time.
