Network & Workspace Setup

$75 / visit

Up to 60 minutes · Agreed task list

  • Organize existing, accessible network and device cables
  • Set up desk equipment, monitors and peripherals
  • Straightforward desk or workspace furniture assembly

Send the task details first; photos help us confirm the fit. New cable runs, network redesigns, migrations, materials and larger jobs are quoted separately.

Request workspace setup

Custom work by quote: Shelving, racks, furniture assembly and other hands-on projects are considered after photos or a site review. We confirm whether the work is a fit, then agree on the design, scope, materials and price before booking. Custom work is separate from the $75 setup visit.

How the minimum works: It covers the listed time, setup and diagnosis, even when the next step needs a replacement part or another provider. Prices are before applicable tax. We confirm the total before booking; extra time and materials need your approval before additional work. Onsite prices include travel within 10 road miles of downtown Edinburg; farther trips are quoted before booking.

A clear start and finish

1. Get a written scope

We confirm your task, included time, travel, materials, total and appointment. A request alone does not reserve a time. Payment is due at the end of the booked session or visit unless the written quote says otherwise.

2. Keep extra work separate

An Ethernet cabling quote covers the specified cable runs, terminations and testing. Provider transitions, account migrations, router changes and unrelated troubleshooting need their own quote and your approval before work starts.

3. Leave with the result

We explain what was completed, what was tested and anything still needed. If a job needs more time, parts, your internet provider or a specialist, you choose the next step before more work is added.

Request one-time help.

No business name or monthly plan required. An initial conversation confirms whether a small session or a separate project quote fits your task.

For bigger or specialist jobs

New cable runs, network redesigns, data recovery, provider transitions and account migrations need separate scoping. The setup visit covers agreed tasks using existing, accessible connections. These offers do not cover electrical circuits or hardwired fixtures, plumbing, gas, HVAC, roofing, structural work or large/heavy mounting.
