For businesses with up to five devices that need recurring support and scheduled device-health reviews after assessment and onboarding. Software licenses are separately quoted.

This introductory offer is limited to qualifying new businesses. The $199 amount is a base starting price for the listed 1–5-device scope. Final pricing may change based on users, devices, locations, infrastructure, security or compliance requirements, response needs, and requested services. The introductory terms require autopay, assessment, eligibility and service-readiness review. Fair use includes up to 60 minutes of routine remote support monthly; additional time is $125/hour with approval. Projects, hardware, licenses, backup storage, cabling, cameras, phones, migrations, remediation, servers, regulated environments, after-hours work, and compliance work are separate or ineligible. Small one-time tech visits include travel within 10 road miles of downtown Edinburg; other travel is quoted in advance.
Already established or switching IT providers? We will assess the current environment and prepare a proposal based on the business's actual needs. The new-business introductory price and terms do not automatically apply.
